One client company. If you run technical operations for Acme and Northwind, that's two tenants. Each tenant has its own encrypted database, its own departments, its own workflows.
Not a self-serve trial — we want to set you up on a call so the first workflow you run is real value. The call itself is free; if you don't love it, you don't pay anything.
We don't price per seat. The cost of you adding a teammate to your operator console is zero. We don't believe in punishing growing teams.
Nothing extra. The agent is included in your tenant count. A tenant with 50 servers is the same price as a tenant with 5.
Tenant data lives on your operator laptop. The relay we run holds metadata only (which install talked to which agent, when). On the Firm tier you can run the relay yourself, removing us from the data path entirely.
Quarterly billing means you have a clean exit at each quarter boundary. We don't auto-renew; we send an invoice for the next quarter ~14 days before it begins, and you decide.
We'll tell you on the call. Most teams under five clients are Studio; most agencies are Practice. Firm is for when you need on-prem or specific compliance.
