Terms of service

1. Agreement
By using Enterprise Orchestra, you agree to these terms. The service is operated by GTM Development Johansen, a sole proprietorship registered in Norway (organisation number 937103794).
2. License
Subject to payment of fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the desktop application and operate Orchestra Agents on servers under your control or that of your customers.
3. Data processing
We process metadata only on our infrastructure. Tenant data remains on operator-controlled devices and customer-controlled servers. See our Data Processing Addendum for detail.
4. Acceptable use
You will not use the service to violate law, to operate against servers without authorization, or to circumvent the security properties of the system.
5. Fees and payment
Quarterly invoice. Bank transfer or card. Failure to pay within 30 days may result in service suspension. Tiers are described on the pricing page.
6. Warranties and liability
Service provided "as is" without warranty. Liability capped at fees paid in the prior twelve months. Standard placeholder language; full version on signed agreements.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate at the end of any quarterly billing period with 30 days' notice. Your tenant data remains on your devices regardless.
8. Governing law
Norwegian law. Disputes resolved in Tromsø unless otherwise agreed in writing.
